Healthcare provides comprehensive, safe, and quality home care
services. Services can be provided in a variety of settings, including
home, skilled nursing or assisted living facilities, or in a hospital
room.
Objective
We recognize that all persons require a unique type of care. A
primary goal of Excel Healthcare is to provide in-home support
services in the individual's place of residence.
Excel
strives to enable individuals to remain in the comfort of their
own homes for as long as they desire to do so. Our goal is to
allow each client to achieve his or her maximum level of health
and independence as quickly as possible. We provide a free
in home assessment/evaluation in order
to determine the specific needs that an individual may have.
No
one can predict when an illness or injury will strike a loved
one. Living across town or across country may cause families to
feel isolated from their loved one. Home health care enables an
individual to recuperate at home after an acute illness or injury
in order to prevent a prolonged stay in the hospital and/or nursing
home placement.
Under
the direction of an RN, Home Health Aides (HHA) assist the patient
with the following:

Providing/assisting
with personal care, hygiene, and nutrition

Assistance
with ambulation and exercise routine

Household
services essential to health care at home

Assistance
with self-administered medications
-
Accompanying
to doctor or dental appointments
Our
Staff
To assure that your loved one gets the best possible care, our staff
has been carefully selected and has undergone thorough criminal
and background checks, as well as competency testing. All staff
are registered with the State Family Care and Safety Registry. Our
goal is to ensure the caregiver's talents and interests match the
similar interests and needs of the individual.
 Payment
Options
Private duty home care can be provided to any individual who feels
the need for additional support in the home, including those that
may have already exhausted their Medicare benefit. Services may
be provided for as little as 4 hours, or as long as 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week.
