Responsibilities of an Agency Nurse

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and individualised patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all relevant nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support other healthcare professionals in providing excellent care

Qualifications required to work as an agency nurse

• Currently have the right to work and are living in Ireland ( unfortunately we can not offer sponsorship)
• Active registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting health and wellbeing.
