Care Assistant / Support Worker

€13.90 - €28.96 Healthcare Assistant Northern Ireland

Excel Recruitment are urgently looking for experienced Health Care Assistants/Support Workers for work across Derry/Londonderry, Coleraine and surrounding areas for a variety of shifts including days and nights.

Candidates are required across Private Nursing settings and hospital settings.

The Role

  • Undertake clinical duties as required
  • Assist in the provision of effective care
  • Promoting independence to patients were appropriate
  • Always ensuring the strictest confidentiality of patients.

Essential Criteria

  • High level of compassion when dealing with patients
  • Strong communication skills to deal with all patients
  • Excellent team player along with the ability to work independently when required
  • 3-6 months of paid experience.
  • NISCC registered or willing to become registered
  • Mandatory training in place or willing to complete.

Schedule:

  • 12-hour Shift
  • 8-Hour Shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
