Barista

Are you a skilled barista with a passion for crafting the perfect cup of coffee? Excel Recruitment looking for dynamic and enthusiastic baristas to join our agency and work at some of our Top Clients in Dublin different locations.

As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized coffee bar. The role will start as temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Responsibilities of the Barista

• Grinding and brewing coffee
• Preparing and selling coffee drinks
• Serve and assist customers
• Working with the till
• Assist with general kitchen duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a fast-paced coffee environment.
• Ability to create high-quality espresso drinks and brew coffee to perfection.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to adapt to different work environments.
