Key responsibilities of this HCA job:

• Deliver outstanding care to patients, prioritising their comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Support and encourage patients in their daily activities.
• Collaborate closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), mobility, and meal support as required.

Requirements of this Healthcare Assistant job:

• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA Passport or IRP Stamps 1G, 2, or 4).
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (or an equivalent qualification).
• Certifications in patient manual handling, infection control, and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
