In order for someone to work as a pharmacist in Ireland you must be a qualified pharmacist and on the Irish Pharmacy Registration system.
For Rep. of Ireland this is PSI (Pharmacy Society of Ireland) or for Northern Ireland it is PSNI (Pharmacy Society of Northern Ireland).
To work as a Pharmacy technician you will also need the relevant qualifications, this is a two year course within Ireland.
Over the counter sales assistants will need experience within pharmacy or experience to apply.
